Module 0 (Introduction) is available free of charge to all registered users. This includes foundational content about AI prompting basics.

3.2 Paid Content

Modules 1-9 require a one-time payment of €20 (EUR). This payment grants you:

• Lifetime access to all paid modules (1-9)
• Access to all future updates and improvements to these modules
• Progress tracking and completion certificates
• Interactive exercises and quizzes

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Refund Policy

By purchasing access to Modules 1-9, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment
• You expressly consent to immediate access to the content
• You waive your right of withdrawal once the content is accessed
• All sales are final and non-refundable

We strongly encourage you to explore Module 0 (free) before purchasing to ensure our content meets your expectations.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues preventing access), please contact us at lauren_d@outlook.fr and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. License & Intellectual Property

5.1 Limited License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use
• Take notes and create personal summaries for your own learning
• Apply the techniques learned in your own projects

5.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record, download, or screen-capture video or interactive content
• Use the content to create competing educational materials
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the content

5.3 Ownership

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, code examples, exercises, and interactive components, is the property of LearnIA and protected by French and international copyright laws.

When using our Service, you agree not to:

In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.
